Ordinarily, we will work together over a period of months, building a firm relationship of trust and support enabling sustainable change. The coaching space will be confidential and non-judgemental, offer high support and high challenge and always hold your best interests at heart.
A typical coaching session will be 60 - 90 minutes long, and will give you the time to think and reflect on where you are now, and explore the options before you. Sessions can take place fortnightly, monthly and anywhere in between - whatever works best for you.
I offer both in person and online coaching sessions - the choice is yours.
